“Prison Break” is back on your screens on April 4th

This New Year is shaping up with the return of Prison Break; the best TV show ever, and guess what? Michael Scofield is still alive!

Seven years later, Fox makes the official announcement of the trailer of Prison Break’s season 5. The series fans were waiting for this sequel since the end of the fourth season. This made the trailer hits 42 million views throughout Facebook, YouTube and Twitter, just 24 hours after its release; Fox declares that ‘it’s the fastest-growing trailer ever for the network’. This makes it the best TV show ever and of course the most viewed one.

After four unequal seasons, Prison Break ended up leaving all its followers upset with the death of Michael trying to save his wife Sarah and help her escape from prison. Fox decides, even a bit late, to give the tattooed architect a second chance to be with his family again and of course delight his lovers. It’s all started when T-Bag surprises Lincoln with a letter, telling him that his brother Michael “might just be alive". In fact Michael Scofield is alive but the problem is that he’s locked in a prison in Yemen.

It seems that this season is super exciting with the return of Wentworth Miller who regains his role of Michael Scofield after his supposed death "I died seven years ago, left behind a wife, a son and a brother. But the dead talk, if you listen," Michael says in the most viewed trailer of the new season.

Dominic Purcell also will be back and incarnates his role of Lincoln Burrows the loving and faithful brother who will do whatever it takes to save his brother and reunites with him again. Dominic Purcell promises Prison break’s fans that season 5 "is going to better than the original". 

Prison Break’s fans have questioned, if all the cast will be present in the new season because if Sucre (Amaury Nolasco), T. Bag (Robert Knepper), and the rest of the team are not part of the upcoming event it won’t be as good as the Prison Break we use to watch years ago. Most of these characters have played a crucial role in the previous seasons. The executive producer Dawn Olmstead reassures the series followers: "All the people you loved from the original Prison Break play a significant role in helping Michael" escape. 

Prison Break’s team promises its incredible fans 9 inspiring episodes in the coming season, this latter will first start on April 4 on US screens. With the announcement of the fifth season, Fox leaves all the series followers dying to have a slice of this show while imagining how the two brothers will manage to break out the prison this time, and others are even hoping for season 7 from now.
