3. Coiling Dragon Cliff skywalk in "Zhangjiajie, China"

Standing at a perilously 4,700 feet above the ground on the Tianmen Mountain in China, this is one walkway guaranteed to get the hairs on your body standing up.

Its 300 feet long and a mere five feet wide, complete with a glass bottom to ensure your scare is as real as it can get. The people who dare to walk on here have been noted to hold on to the sides of the mountain so gear up and test the waters.

5. in "Arizona, USA"

You may have read about this in geography class as one of the deepest gorges in the world, but words have nothing on the actual sight of it. The meandering river curves its way into the rock and you can see all this.

The ledge of the skywalk rises about 720 feet above the canyon floor and is glass bottomed to ensure you get a full view of just how far above death you stand.

6. CN Tower Edge Walk in "Toronto, Canada"

As one of the tallest skyscrapers in the city, its only fair that people get up there and admire the expanse of the concrete jungle.

At 1200 ft above the surface, spectators like to go up there and lean over the edge, but after observing the safety protocols first.

7. Dinner in the Sky in "Over 40 countries worldwide"

The idea has been created in Belgium and since that point in time, over 5,000 such events have been hosted in over 40 countries worldwide.

A common trend these days, people are paying to have a meal while hanging over locations in a crane. Just book a table and take the chef with you to the sky and have a great time, because why not?

At this point, you can see sunsets with breath taking clarity, especially if you live in the city. Bring your friends in on this one. It is worth it.

8. Burj Khalifa observation deck in "Dubai, UAE"

If you have an appetite for heights or ticking off adventures on your bucket list, why don’t you consider the tallest observation deck in the world at Burj Khalifa skyscraper? At this point, you can probably see the whole palm tree expanse that is Dubai and the ocean hugging the island.

After all, its just 1,820 feet above the Earth, after which you can enjoy a meal right there, that is if your stomach isn’t in knots already.

9. Stratosphere Hotel in "Las Vegas, Nevada, USA"

Fun and danger are synonymous with the sin city. Here are some reasons why gambling is not the only thing that interests individuals coming into Las Vegas.

Get in a car, with seven other people, and then have it tilt over and hang you all above the city. The X-Scream does just that.

If that’s not enough, get on Insanity and ride this monster that extends 64 feet over the edge of the 900-foot tower. This will make you nuts.

10. Mt Huashan in"Shaanxi province, China"

China seems to be feeding the height frenzy. Interested individuals can take a hike by connecting their harness to a chain on the whole wooden plank path. The cherry on top is a tea house at the end of it, which sits 7000ft above sea level.

You may not be able to see the valley as there is no glass bottom but the creaking wooden pranks wobble at times and will turn you into a nerve ball.

11. Willis Tower in "Chicago, USA"

Tourists flock this place in Chicago so that they can get a rush when they observe the whole world at twiner feet. Literally. Even with the assurance of the glass being thick enough, the experience is spine chilling.

It probably feels like one of those shots of superheroes in comic books when standing there, although no length of cape would save you from a fall from that point.

12. Trolltunga Cliff in "Hordaland county, Norway"

This is the R rating of adventure, based on the amount of courage one needs to muster to go and adorn the beauty of the landscape, considering there are no railings to keep you safe. You may want to show this off on social media, but the risk is too imminent to ignore.

People have fallen off and dying so take a breather before you grab a ticket to Norway.

13. Alpspix Viewing platform in "Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany"

At 3000ft above the sculptured geographical valley, the Alpspix platform in Garmisch-Partenkirchen lets people stroll above the features they are admiring. Over that distance, the whole area looks like one of those nature documentaries.

The hills get snowy during winter but the slates allow it to melt so that people can enjoy the experience all year round.

14. Sky Tower in "Auckland, New Zealand"

If you feel like standing still and observing doesn’t hit the spot, head over Auckland and feel it all in one fleeting moment. Get harnessed and jump all 1,076 feet from the Sky Tower. If you are not worried about the rope snapping on you, you will see just how beautiful the area expanses as your height decreases.

All in all, one has to note that all these require safety measures to be put in place so no matter how adventurous you feel, ensure you stick to the guidelines of the joint. If its harnesses, have them on, carry safety googles and if you are going to ride a crazy roller coaster that will dangle at high heights, ensure you have on a helmet, otherwise, this would be an interesting list to start ticking.
