It will be tempted to be the object of an attempt at arrest for a supposed sexual assault in Norristown, in Pennsylvania, starting from November 6th. The first lawsuit of Cosby on three charges of aggression was declared nullity on June 17th by Judge Steven O'Neill of the county of Montgomery, in Pennsylvania.
The prosecutors ordered in O' Neill to subject questions and instructions of selection of the jury before October 30th. According to ABC News, a preliminary conference and very other audience will be ordered separately.
Cosby is shown sexually to have attacked a former employee of its alma mater in his house of Pennsylvania in 2004. The former member of the University of Temple, Andrea Constand, showed the 79-year-old child to give him pills which prevented it from stopping its advances.
“In my head, I tried to clear up me or my legs to move, but I was cold and these mental messages were not there”, she declared at the time of her seven hours of testimony at the time of the first lawsuit. “I was very soft, then I could not fight it in any event. I wanted that stops.”
Cosby affirmed to have given to Constand Benadryl to slacken it, then both had a consensual sexual meeting.
