Food poisoning doesn’t just come from dodgy meat you can get sick from eating flour
Everyone knows that to eat little-cooked chicken is not a good idea - and we underwent all the consequences of a dodgy curry or a kebab.
But now, the researchers inform people to avoid eating something of apparently inoffensive flour.
A recent report published by Centers for Disease Control and Prevention of the United States highlighted the dangers of eating raw or badly cooked flour, which can be contaminated by E. coli.
The results are an infection are grim it can cause diarrhea, the vomiting, the fever and blood in your excrement.
There are several stocks of E.Coli which cause problems. Researchers of Agency of the public health of Canada announced that 30 people fell sick between November 2016 and April 2017.
It is not the first time that the researchers warned against the dangers to eat raw flour. Recently, FDA warned against the fact of eating paste with biscuits sob, because one of the principal ingredients could be primarily covered with poor animal.
“The flour is derived from a grain which comes directly from the field and is generally not treated to kill the bacteria”, they declared. “Thus, if an animal calls on nature on the ground, the bacteria coming from the waste of animals could contaminate the grain which then is collected and crushed in flour”.
