ScotRail carried out its best performance in more than two years last week, whereas nearly 95% of the trains arrived in the five minutes following their hour envisaged.
On the whole, 95.4% of the services achieve the goal of the performance of industry between on Sunday, June 25 and the on July 1st, highest since the parent company Abellio Dutchwoman took the 10 years frankness for the trains of the country in April 2015.
However, work declared that more detailed data showing than less than half of the trains arrived per hour at 19 stations through Scotland is “frankly unacceptable”.
An analysis of 73 termini between on May 28th and on June 24th made it possible to note that the trains around the three-quarters were per hour 50% of time or more, whereas the rest was not.
The worst performance of these stations was Milngavie with East Dunbartonshire, which had only 26% of the services to arrive in time, whereas Alloa was the best with 91% of the trains arriving punctually.
The Scottish spokesperson of the transport of work, Neil Bibby, declared: “These last results can have a positive figure, but the devil is always in detail.
“The fact that less than half of the services arrive per hour at 19 stations is rather frankly unacceptable.
“The satisfaction of the public with ScotRail reaches threshold 14 years and the passengers lose the patience of the incapacity of the Minister for Transport Humza Yousaf to act. They are tired over-populated, delayed and canceled trains.
“Humza Yousaf cannot make it possible to repeat the chaos which broke the railway network the autumn and last winter, which means that one improves when the weather conditions are better during the summer months”.
The railway company coped with many criticisms for the trains late and canceled last year within the framework of important work of improvement, with militants inviting Abellio to be stripped frankness.
Scotland transport ordered in ScotRail Alliance to set up a plan of improvement of the performance last September after the performance exceeded the threshold of contraction, which exceeded its level in March.
Perry Ramsey, director of the operations at ScotRail Alliance, declared: “The most recent figures show that last week, 95% of the trains in Scotland were per hour. It is the best performance since April 2015, which shows that ScotRail Alliance continues to provide passengers everywhere to the country.
